“Inspecting Carol,” written by Daniel Sullivan and directed by Mark Taylor, is a side-splitting comedy that blends elements of “A Christmas Carol,” “The Government Inspector,” and “Noises Off.” This hilarious hit, originally from Seattle, follows the story of a man who arrives at a small theater seeking an audition but is mistakenly identified as an informer for the National Endowment for the Arts.
