Policies and Campsite Rules for RV Park in College Station
Reservations: Any online reservations require a minimum payment of a one-night stay plus an online booking fee. This guarantees your reservation for the requested dates and number of nights and holds the reserved site for late arrival. For weekly or monthly reservations, a deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Reservations can be made online or by calling us at 979- 703-1201.
For any reservations that exceed 15 days in any spot type other than a Standard Back-In, please call the office directly at 979- 703-1201. For a reservation longer than 31 days in a Standard Back-In, please call the office at 979- 703-1201. A Valid Driver’s License or government-issued ID will be required from ALL adult persons occupying the site for longer than 15 days for a background check.
For any reservation that exceeds 30 days, the tenant will be responsible for an electricity charge at $.012/kW and a $3 meter read fee. This will be charged to the card on file on the final day of the reservation.
For any reservation that is booked at a monthly rate, we can hold future months for you so that you can stay in the same spot. If you are wanting to do multiple months, you must give us a 14-day notice before you will be leaving, or you will be charged a $100 fee for holding the spot. Electricity will be charged at the $.012/kW fee on the 1st and 15th of each month and on the last day of the reservation.
Each reservation allows for up to 4 people over the age of 4 and includes 1 vehicle. Up to two additional people may stay in the same reservation for an additional $5 per person for a daily reservation, $25 per person for a weekly reservation, or $75 per person for a monthly reservation. To add additional people to the reservation, please call us at 979- 703-1201. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased from the office at $5 per car per day, $25 per week, and $75 per month.
If you have guests coming to the park, the office will need to be notified and day passes will need to be purchased for these guests to use amenities.
All RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. Pop-up campers are not allowed without prior approval from our manager. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable by staff.
Cancellations: For daily and weekly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance of your arrival day in order for a refund of the one night deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any daily or weekly reservations canceled within 8 days of the reservation will forfeit their reservation payment. AGGIE GAME DAY WEEKENDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Online booking fees are non-refundable.
For weekly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 8 days in advance of the arrival date in order to refund the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any weekly reservation canceled within 8 days of the reservation will refund the deposit minus a $65 cancellation fee. Online booking fees are non-refundable.
For monthly reservations, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance of the arrival date in order to refund the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any monthly reservation canceled within 15 days of the reservation will forfeit their $100 deposit. Online booking fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call 979- 703-1201 or email us at info@hardysresort.com. Cancellations must be done by 5:30 PM in order to not push to the following day. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from us to serve as proof of cancellation. Hardy’s RV Parks do not refund unused nights in the event you choose to leave before your reserved stay is over.
Payments and Refunds: Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in. Payment can be done in advance of your arrival via electronic check by clicking on the link in your reservation confirmation email. Hardy’s RV Parks accept Credit Card, Cash, or Check. Hardy’s RV Parks do not refund unused nights in the event you choose to leave before your reserved stay is over.
Check-In Check-Out: Check-In time is at 2:00 PM. Check-Out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible if your site is not reserved for the previous night. If needed, this must be arranged in advance with the office for an additional fee of $20.00. If you would like to check in early for your stay, please check with the office as early as possible to see IF your site is available for check in. Late departure/check-out may be possible if your site is not reserved for the upcoming night. If needed, this must be arranged in advance with the office for an additional fee of $20.00, thereby extending the check-out time to 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office as early as possible to see IF your site is available for extension.
Quiet Time: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM every day. Any and all visitors must depart the property by 10:00 PM each night. If your guest(s) will be staying overnight, they must pay the extra person fee of $5 per person. No loud noise, loud music, partying, or working on projects. Many like to sleep in on weekends, so please be respectful of others.
Enjoyment of Premises: Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, or unlawful conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights or convenience of others on the property will not be tolerated. Anyone who disrespects others or the park will be asked to leave at management discretion with NO REFUNDS.
Pets: To ensure pets continue to be welcomed at Hardy’s RV Parks, please keep your pets leashed, clean up after them, and be considerate of other campers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the park. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can manage them. Maximum of two (2) pets limit in the park unless discussed with management prior to arrival. Oversized pets or exotic pets such as farm animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, or insects are prohibited. All Pets must be documented on the reservation paperwork. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Ground tie-downs, tying pets to tables and trees, and keeping them caged outside, are not permitted.
Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets. A $20 fee will apply to any pet owner not cleaning up after their pet.
Guests should carry proof of the pet’s current vaccinations.
Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas unless designated as service animals. Pet owners will be held accountable for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
All pets must wear a collar identifying the owner (must be the same name as listed on the reservation) and a contact phone number.
Tents: Hardy’s RV Park does not allow for the use of tents anywhere on the property.
Bath House: The bathhouse is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. NO pets or smoking inside. We try and keep our bathhouse facilities neat and clean at all times. Please be respectful of these shared areas. Report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
Laundry Facility: The laundry room is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. NO pets or smoking inside. Please be courteous of others and remove laundry from the washer and dryer when completed. Hardy’s RV Parks will not be responsible for missing laundry. Please use the PET specified washer for any laundry with pet hair.
Swimming Pool: There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. You swim at your own risk. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day. Please help keep the pool area clean and dispose of your trash properly. NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed in the pool area. No smoking in the pool area. Anyone under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Proper pool attire is required. No food is allowed around the pool area.
Additional Rules and Policies
Absolutely NO DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS or FIREWORKS of any kind are permitted in the park at any time.
Damage to any park property (pad sites, sprinklers, common areas, game equipment, etc.) will result in a charge to repair said damage.
All trash must be disposed of in receptacles.
No vehicle maintenance is to be performed within the park. Mechanical repairs, oil changes, and washing RV/vehicles are not permitted on the premises.
No open fires. BBQ pits and fire pits are allowed in designated areas. Be responsible and make sure fires and coals are extinguished when finished. Please do NOT put any hot coals in the dumpster. You will be responsible for any damage caused due to the fire.
No smoking in any of the buildings, or within 50 feet of buildings. Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
Reservation sites may not be changed without office approval. No subletting of a reserved RV site is allowed. Only park vehicles and RV on your designated site. Guests may park in designated parking.
No clotheslines on your lot. No window AC units. Do not let items accumulate under or around your RV or site. Keep your site tidy and litter-free.
The storage of hazardous materials on the RV site or anywhere on the property is prohibited. Absolutely no four-wheeling (ATVs) or dirt bikes anywhere on the property. Do not park in empty spaces or on the grass. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas.
Mats, area rugs, etc. that can possibly leave dead areas of grass are not allowed under any circumstance.
All vehicles and RVs must have current registration.
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Guests and visitors agree to use the park at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for acts of GOD, damage, injury or loss to persons, pets, or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary. Hardy’s Resort reserves the right to make changes as necessary to these regulations. We are a private park and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
